1. The service

iTarot offers AI-interpreted tarot readings based on Jungian archetypes, as a tool for reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, nor a deterministic prediction.

2. Account and eligibility

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and using the app lawfully.

3. Credits and payments

Some spreads consume credits. Purchases are processed by Stripe. Prices and per-reading costs are shown in the app.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not enter third-party sensitive data without a legal basis.
• Do not use the service for unlawful or abusive purposes.
• Respect the ethical limits (no answers on serious health, death, lottery, etc.).

5. Content and ownership

You keep ownership of your content. Generated interpretations are for your personal use.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for decisions made based on readings. Use them as reflection, not absolute truth.

7. Termination

You can delete your account anytime on the Account page. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Changes and jurisdiction

We may update these Terms. Brazilian law applies.
